My reservation was mixed with another bridesmaids reservation. Lets start but first the chaos around checking in. I will credit the bell staff with being helpful but beyond that everything was a disaster. I was not expecting 5 star but this stay for a special occasion ( a wedding) was a huge disappointment and soured what should have been a celebratory long weekend with friends and family. I am a well seasoned traveler who has traveled across the globe. This is the worst 'nice' hotel I have ever stayed at.
